From the topics given I have decided to write about ''How do you feel about peer reviews? What have your experiences with them been like?''
Peer reviews are a good thing because you get another view, another chance to see something you or someone else have missed. A peer review can only make your paper better. I have usually had good experiences with these reviews. What I appreciate is how someone approaches telling me something, because I know since I am not a perfect writer it is hard to correct someone else. When I first look at a paper I usually look at spelling/grammar errors and how the information in a paragraph flows.

CM229-17: Unit 6
Of the topics we were give I chose to write about ''Share what you have personally been dealing with the last six weeks.''
I love this time of year, people see to be so much nicer and I feel excitement about Christmas again, probably because of my son. As my husband I and I finish his Christmas shopping I think of what to do for my husband's birthday, he is a Christmas baby.
The past 2 1/2 weeks have been super hard, well hard for me anyway. I have been super sick and the doctors cannot seem to find a medicine that will work for me. How I have been feeling has forced me to stop baby sitting during the day and has made my grades suffer. Being a honor student I am scared because I have not being doing so great in either classes, but have not said anything to the teachers because I figured I could not get excused for really bad morning sickness. Yep that's right, when I went to the ER a few weeks ago it turns out this latest pregnancy is literally making me so sick I can hardly move. My husband has been wonderful though, he has done everything around the house plus taken care of me. I could not ask for a better man than my husband. Then last night as a pick me up he gave me my Christmas present early (-: A beautiful simple necklace that I can wear all the time.
I hope all of you enjoy the holidays and stay safe, as for me I am going to go lay back down.
Read from you guys next week!

CM229-17: Unit 5/ Wordless Thursday
Hello professor and class! The topic I chose to write about this week was ''How is school influencing your life at or up to this point?'' I do not think I like how this question is worded because I do not feel like school has influenced me. But I can say that by being in school I am preparing my self to support my family and being an example to my son. Being in school has added much more to my schedule but in turn it has made me even more disciplined and organized. School has done nothing more than add another positive thing to my life.
Wordless Thursday.....
Nothing much going on in the Miller household. I have been sick since Tuesday, this baby is kicking my butt already. I tease my husband that this is the last baby. Caleb, our son, still is not thrilled with the idea of a new baby. Today I asked him if he was going to be nice to the new baby, he then screamed no baby and ran off.
By the way, I have an amazing husband and I could not ask for better. I have been so sick that tonight he treated me to a candle light bath, what a guy (-:

CM229-17: Unit 4/ Family Wow Moment
Hello professor and class! The blog discussion for this week was on plagiarism, something very serious. When you take someones work without giving them credit it insults them and you, it shows you are lazy. There are some things you cannot help copying, like a definition or statistics we just have to make sure we give credit where needed. We also need to remember to credit sources when we paraphrase because we got the information somewhere else. My opinion on paraphrasing is we should not use it unless you cannot avoid it, a lot of paraphrasing makes it seem like you have no thoughts of your on.
Family Wow Moment....
WOW, that is the best way I know to started the next part of this bog. I found out this morning I am expecting mine and my husband's second baby! Pure shock describes it, I just knew I was not pregnant and there it was, ''yes,'' plain as day on the pregnancy test. We are both very excited. Caleb, our 19 month old, is not very happy, lol. I know he does not understand yet but I asked him this morning if he wanted to be a big brother he screams no and takes off running. My husband just came back from a seven month deployment July 28, so I am calling this my deployment present. We've had names picked out since we were pregnant with Caleb; Jordan Lace or Americus Lorraine-Joy. We pray I carry this baby for 40 weeks and that he or she is healthy.
Take care everyone!
